From the 1992 US tour accompanying the release of OZZY OSBOURNE’s “NO MORE TEARS,” this shocking title that all metalheads must listen to is now released as a long-awaited limited press CD!

The “LIVE & LOUD: SOUNDBOARD MASTERS” series features four complete recordings of the live shows featured on Ozzy Osbourne’s 1993 official live album “LIVE & LOUD,” using official soundboard recordings. This “Vol. 2” release features the August 16, 1992 Orlando performance and the August 20, 1992 Cincinnati performance packaged on four press CDs! Fans shouldn’t miss out on this year’s premiere release, rivaling the legendary “SPEAK OF THE DEVIL: RITZ 1982 COMPLETE”! Since his

album debut as a member of BLACK SABBATH in 1970, Ozzy Osbourne has demonstrated his incredible talent not only on stage but also in rock and roll. Even after going solo in 1980, he continued to reign as the “King of Heavy Metal” for a long time, accompanied by young guitar heroes such as Randy Rhoads, Jake E. Lee, and Zakk Wylde. It was around the time of the album “NO MORE TEARS” that he announced his “retirement from live performances,” feeling physically and mentally exhausted. His 1992 US tour, titled “NO MORE TOURS,” was a culmination of his 22 years since his debut, with spectacular performances unfolding across the country.

The live performances from that “NO MORE TOURS” were released in 1993 as “LIVE & LOUD,” both as an official video and live album. Featuring special takes of the Black Sabbath reunion that took place on the final day of the tour on November 15, 1992, and “Changes” from the Denver performance, “LIVE & LOUD” is beloved as a classic live performance that is filled with a special feeling even within Ozzy Osbourne’s solo career. However, the credits for this album do not specify the specific recording venue, and it was only vaguely known as “made from a 1992 live show.”
However, the source material for “LIVE & LOUD” suddenly appeared on the famous “Wolfgang’s Vault,” astonishing metal enthusiasts. “Wolfgang’s Vault” is a site that has attracted the attention of rock fans around the world for publishing a large number of rare recordings by artists such as THE ROLLING STONES. This recording can be considered the heavy metal version of that site.
This time, the recordings have been meticulously remastered and packaged into a limited edition CD! Vol. 1 features performances in Atlanta and Miami, while Vol. 2 features performances in Orlando and Cincinnati. These two discs will uncover the truth behind the still-mysterious “LIVE & LOUD” album!

Discs 1 and 2 of this release feature approximately 120 minutes of footage from the August 16th live performance at the Orlando Arena in Orlando, Florida.

This live performance featured the most takes on the official live show, and it can truly be said to be the show that formed the basis of “LIVE & LOUD.” Looking closely, it takes up most of the first half of the show, from the opening track “Paranoid” to the following “I Don’t Want To Change The World,” and then “Desire” (the same take was also included on the official live sampler single “CHANGES”), as well as “Mr. Crowley,” “I Don’t Know,” and “Road To Nowhere.” Even the second half of the show, including the final track of the set, “Bark At The Moon,” and even the closing track, “Crazy Train,” are officially included, making this a must-listen live performance for anyone wanting to get to the heart of “LIVE & LOUD.”
But the appeal of this recording isn’t just that you can find out the official source material! You’ll also find out that Carl Orff’s “Carmina Burana,” which was cut from the “LIVE & LOUD” album, was incorporated into the intro medley. You’ll also get to hear the MCs between songs that weren’t heard in the final version, and the middle part of the live performance that wasn’t used. You’ll feel like you’re peeking from the side of the stage, getting to see the details of the live performance that you “seem familiar with but don’t know.”
Unlike the final version, this take features a more subdued mix and sound, making it easier to hear each member’s playing (Mike Inez’s bassline is also clearly heard). Listening to this take, you’ll understand why the members’ playing and Ozzy’s vocals were used in the official live performance in a surprisingly “unmodified” form. Of the four “LIVE & LOUD” recordings featured here, this one is undoubtedly the most noteworthy! The

following discs, discs 3 and 4, feature the August 20th performance at Cincinnati Gardens in Cincinnati, Ohio, clocking in at 122 minutes, the longest of the series.

It’s worth noting that this live performance also includes the opening “Ozzy Medley,” which wasn’t heard on “Vol. 1.” The sound image, which is carefully crafted to be “listened to,” features a more expansive sound field, a well-mixed dynamic performance, and the cheers of the audience, creating an explosively exciting experience. This is the most spectacular sound of the four live performances on “Vol. 1” and “Vol. 2”!
The official release features mainly the second half of the concert. Ozzy Osbourne’s heartfelt vocals on “Goodbye To Romance” are also included, along with “Shot In The Dark,” a smash hit for Ozzy Osbourne, and the Black Sabbath track “War Pigs.” Each performance is impressive and memorable. The encore, “Mama, I’m Coming Home,” and even the opening verse of “Crazy Train” are also included.
It’s a shame that the final track, “Crazy Train,” is missing just under three minutes. While the opening MC was officially included, the main part of the performance was taken from the previous day’s Orlando performance, rather than the actual Cincinnati performance. Perhaps there’s some reason for this missing part (such as recording issues).

By enjoying this “Vol. 2” in conjunction with the simultaneously released “Vol. 1,” anyone can get closer to the truth of “LIVE & LOUD”! Each of the live performances featured here is a definitive super soundboard recording, and would not be surprising if they were officially released separately! “Vol. 2” in particular is packed with essential takes that could be considered the core of “LIVE & LOUD”! This coveted live source will appeal to Ozzy Osbourne fans and avid metal enthusiasts alike!

This is a limited edition 4-CD set, a permanent collector’s edition that all enthusiasts have been waiting for. This is the definitive series that is the best in the history of Ozzy Osbourne collector’s items, so fans should definitely not miss it!
