Description
On October 27, 1979, some of America’s greatest rock artists performed at a fund-raising concert for the Point Conception Indian Center at the Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara, California. The radio recording of that “night to remember” is now being released for the first time by Laser Media in the form of an unofficial CD in digipack format: the stars of the show are Jackson Browne, Roger McGuinn, Graham Nash, Joe Walsh, Don Henley and keyboardist Craig Doerge, who in some cases also performed duets with each other, as well as performing classics from their repertoire such as “Before The Deluge”, “For Everyman” and “The Pretender” (Browne), “Turn! Turn! Turn!” as performed by The Byrds (McGuinn), “Cathedral” (Nash with Doerge) and “The Last Resort” by The Eagles (performed by Walsh with Henley).
