Synced with Stereo Soundboard Recording
”U2:UV Achtung Baby Live” stunned the whole world and elevated music entertainment to another level. Enjoy the shocking footage of the final performance here.
This work was filmed at the “Sphere Performance on March 2, 2024.” It is a superb video that makes full use of the materials from the day, such as audience shots and the finest soundboards. “U2: UV Achtung Baby Live” was held as the opening of the new, other-dimensional venue “Sphere,” and the unprecedented entertainment experience, including the all-sky screen and sound that emanated from the floor and walls, attracted attention from all over the world. In order to convey the impact, we have reported on many masterpieces in our shop. This is a good opportunity, so let’s first look back at the overall picture.

[A shocking video work that makes full use of the finest soundboard]
This is the outline of “U2:UV Achtung Baby Live”. It was roughly divided into three sections, but most of the works were concentrated in the opening “September-November” period. That’s how big the impact of “Sphere Appears!” was. After that, once the impact of the venue subsided, the number of video reports also decreased dramatically. Until this final work, masterpiece-class video was no longer available.
Well, this work is not just the “final video.” It is also an edited work produced by overseas enthusiasts using various materials from the day. The audio is particularly powerful, and the superb soundboard familiar from our press masterpiece “FINAL SPHERE SHOW (Wardour-607)” is used. Moreover, it is not just overlaid. If it were synchronized with the vivid scenery as it is, there would be no sense of being on-site and it would feel strange. Therefore, in this work, the audience recording is matrixed on the superb soundboard. A sense of realism is added (subtly). The taste of the superb soundboard remains the same, but the thickness and dynamism are further improved. Above all, the affinity with the video is also improved.
And the synchronized footage is nothing special. It’s a front row shot with the stage spread out before your eyes. Of course, since it’s the front row, there are no customers in front. You can have the final performance of the historic “U2:UV Achtung Baby Live” all to yourself. What’s more, this front view is perfectly matched with the superb sound board. There are no other customers in your field of vision, and the sound has zero sense of distance, creating a sense of synchronization that is at the level of playback in your head. Now, the world is just “U2 and me.” You can experience an other-dimensional immersive feeling, as if the four members of U2 were performing just for you.
[Fully experience the other-dimensional spectacle that shook the whole world]
However, the front-row footage is not complete, and only a few songs, “One,” “Love Me Tender (Snippet),” and “All I Want Is You,” have been released. Therefore, this work complements those songs with different angles. Of course, these songs are not front-row seats either, but they feature the finest footage. The perspectives chosen are ones that cannot be enjoyed from the front seats, and the diverse scenery adds an accent. Now, let’s check out the full set.

…And that’s how it went. The guest collaborations on this day were also special. Neil Finn appeared on the CROWDED HOUSE cover “Don’t Dream It’s Over,” and Daniel Lanois, who produced “ACHTUNG BABY,” joined on guitar on “One.” You can witness this all-star collaboration.
And the highlight is the final song, “40,” which is a symbol of the final performance. This song is a synchronized multi-camera edited video. Each angle is an audience shot, but the way unobstructed scenes appear one after another on the superb soundboard is almost a professional shot. Moreover, the members themselves are surrounded by the “Sphere” super-giant wall screen, and from every viewpoint, the other-dimensional space of the highly colorful cutting-edge video continues endlessly. It is an ultra-spectacular video worthy of the ending of “U2:UV Achtung Baby Live,” which stunned the whole world.
”U2:UV Achtung Baby Live” shook the world with its otherworldly, all-sky spectacle. This video masterpiece allows you to enjoy the final performance in the finest quality, utilizing a superb soundboard.
