ANTENNA RECORDS – 3 LP
Description
Containing three limited-edition colored vinyl records (only 350 copies featuring some of the famous images drawn by Gerald Scarfe), this bootleg album features a recording of Pink Floyd’s show on February 28, 1980, at the Nassaui Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. The show was part of the limited, one-off tour to promote “The Wall,” which began that month in Los Angeles and concluded in London in August (before resuming in Europe in 1981). On this occasion, David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Richard Wright, and Nick Mason were supported by their “doubles” Snowy White, Andy Bown, Peter Wood, and Willie Wilson, as well as backing vocalists Joe Chemay, Stan Farber, Jim Haas, and John Joyce, while Gary Yudman acted as MC; The setlist was identical on all dates, with the complete re-release of the double album, “The Show Must Go On” revised and corrected with the addition of a new verse and the inclusion of two other songs: “What Shall We Do Now?” and the instrumental later titled “The Last Few Bricks”.
