Description

This eighth installment in a series of chronologically recorded, detailed live performances not found on other collector’s items, highlighting one-off live performances outside of tours. This release features one-off live shows, television appearances, and radio appearances from 2021 to 2025. It also includes performances with bands like The Killers and Foo Fighters, as well as performances at weddings and private parties that make you wonder why they were included. Track 2 on Disc 1, “Back Seat Of My Car,” likely featured “Mexico City” in the lyrics. While only briefly mentioned, this is the only take of “Oh Darling” that was performed during a concert, not a soundcheck. “Oh Darling” is the only take performed live after The Beatles broke up. The Stephen Talkhouse also features a somewhat forced medley, transitioning Neil’s “Rockin’ In The Free World” into “I Saw Her Standing There.” This is a beautiful, permanently preserved pressing on a picture disc. It comes with a Japanese obi.
