Description
Pressed in just 250 individually numbered copies on black vinyl with a picture side, these two unofficial LPs document the concert Ozzy Osbourne gave at the Denis Theatre in Montreal on July 28, 1981, a few months before releasing his second solo album, “Diary Of A Madman.” This was also the final leg of his “Blizzard Of Ozz” tour. The talented 24-year-old guitarist Randy Rhoads (who would die the following March in a plane crash) is still with the vocalist, along with keyboardist Lindsay Bridgwater, bassist Rudy Sarzo, and drummer Tommy Aldridge, in this show broadcast on CBC FM’s “King Biscuit Flower Hour.” Osbourne performs songs from his new album and his first solo LP before closing with Black Sabbath classics.
