A famous Oasis performance recorded at BBC Television Centre in London on February 11, 2000, for an episode of the popular television show “Later… with Jools Holland,” hosted by the pianist and bandleader of the same name, has been reissued as an unofficial LP. During a break from the “Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants” tour, staged to promote the album of the same name, brothers Liam (lead vocals) and Noel Gallagher (guitar and vocals) appeared in the studio with their new lineup, which included rhythm guitarist Gem Archer and bassist Andy Bell, alongside drummer Alan White and guest keyboardist Mike Rowe, to perform a set that included new songs such as “Go Let It Out,” “Gas Panic!”, the acoustic version of “Where Did It All Go Wrong?”, and “Who Feels Love?” as well as revisiting “Rock ‘N’ Roll Star” and “Some Might Say” (absent live from the “Morning Glory Tour”), hits such as “Supersonic”, “Cigarettes & Alcohol”, “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back In Anger” and the final cover of The Who’s “My Generation”.
