Two separate radio-released concerts are included on this unofficial double CD on the Expensive Woodland label: the first took place on September 2, 1994, when Marillion performed at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City during the tour to promote their seventh album, “Brave,” while the second took place at the Graffiti in Pittsburgh on August 30, 1997, when Steve Hogarth (vocals, keyboards, percussion), Steve Rothery (guitar), Pete Trewavas (bass, backing vocals), Mark Kelly (keyboards, backing vocals), and Ian Mosley (drums, percussion) were on tour to promote “This Strange Engine.” The setlists include classics from the Aylesbury prog group such as “Runaway,” “Man of a Thousand Faces,” “Easter,” “Afraid of Sunlight,” “Brave,” and the old hits “Kayleigh” and “Lavender,” as well as “Sugar Mice,” which was recorded in the studio with Fish on lead vocals.
