　This work is the first of three such works. It is a superb professional shot of the “April 25, 1992 West Hollywood performance.”
Speaking of the “REVENGE” era, Eric Singer joined the band following the death of Eric Carr. This was the final lineup of KISS without makeup, and their activities included not only the “REVENGE Tour,” but also the “KISS MY ASS Tour” and “CONVENTION Tour,” gradually moving closer to a makeup reunion. First, let’s look back at that time and examine the position of this album.

　This is a brief history from Eric Singer joining the band to the reunion of the original KISS. The so-called “REVENGE Tour” was only in 1992, and this work’s West Hollywood performance was one act of that. Let’s focus on the dates further.

… and so on. This work is the second performance of “North America #1”. Rather than being a tour production, it was an appearance on “MTV Headbanger’s Ball Raw”, which also served as a warm-up. The pattern is a staple only on MTV broadcasts, but this work is the highest peak updated version.
We have been introducing the highest quality masters through our own unique route, and this is the latest installment. It is an unedited MTV leaked master, and the video quality is completely official. Even if it were included in “KISSOLOGY” as it is, it would be beautiful and unnatural. Gene’s fierce expression and Paul’s sweat are clearly visible, and the entire film is filled with the beautiful brilliance of a newly discovered master.

　However, although the visual beauty is official, the content is cult-like. While there is no impressive switching due to the single-camera pro shots unique to MTV, the rough and direct camerawork that is unique to live broadcasting gives it a wonderful, intimate feel that is rather powerful. It really does have the 90s feel of “MTV Headbanger’s Ball”.

　, not only the special performance for TV broadcast, but also the interviews and sound checks from the day, and even the opening band SHOOTING GALLERY, can be viewed in their complete form thanks to the MTV in-house master.

　The sound check is particularly interesting. They perform “Love Gun” and “Deuce” as if they were performing a live show, but the warm-up rock classics are also delicious. They jam on classics like “You Shook Me,” “Sunshine of Your Love,” and “Mississippi Queen,” and even casually touch on riffs from “Black Sabbath” and “Iron Man.” Enjoy the relaxed jams that reveal their roots.

The simultaneously released “DETROIT 1992 COMPLETE PRO-SHOT” is an absolute pro-shot that will be the masterpiece of the “REVENGE Tour”, but “I Was Made For Lovin’ You”, “Calling Dr. Love”, and “Cold Gin” are repertoires that were not even seen in that masterpiece. You can enjoy a special set for TV broadcasting.
