Description

Wollman Amphitheater, Central Park, New York, NY, USA 29th August 1975 STEREO SBD(from Original Masters)

 An unexpected upgrade master has been newly discovered on the iconic sound board of the peak “TOYS IN THE ATTIC” era. It has been decided to release it on a press CD that will keep its brilliance forever.
 This work is engraved with the “August 29, 1975 Central Park performance”. It is a stereo soundboard recording from the legendary music festival “Schaeffer Music Festival”. This sound source is a symbol of the era. It has long been known as a classic because it was broadcast on “King Biscuit Flower Hour”, and has reigned as a major classic that pours the band potential that created “TOYS IN THE ATTIC” into your brain. This work is the best master that updates the highest peak.
 Before we get into the quality of the show, let’s start with the position of the show. 1975 was a time when the band expanded at a rapid pace due to the huge hits of “TOYS IN THE ATTIC” and the singles “Sweet Emotion” and “Walk This Way”. First, let’s take a look at the schedule and get a feel for the position of this work.
・March 18th-31st: US #1 (6 shows)
{“TOYS IN THE ATTIC” released on April 8th}
・April 8th-August 3rd: US #2 (52 shows)
・August 23rd-September 1st: North America (6 shows) ←★here★
・September 12th-October 31st: US #3 (25 shows) ←※ST. LOUIS 1975
・November 12th-December 30th: US #4 (26 shows)
 This is AEROSMITH in 1975. The “TOYS IN THE ATTIC Tour” did not continue until the following year, but was completed within 1975. The “Schaeffer Music Festival” performance of this work was between the large-scale legs “US # 2” and “US # 3”. It was the fifth concert in “North America”, which was a series of one-off events rather than a tour.
 Unlike other festivals, the “Schaeffer Music Festival” is a long-term event that takes place from mid-June to mid-September. In 1975, concerts were held on 29 days over a period of about three months, and AEROSMITH performed on the 22nd day with Ted Nugent.
 This work, which conveys such a stage, is a genuine “completely official” stereo sound board. The conventional best version “CENTRAL PARK ’75 MASTER (Zodiac 555)” was also a completely official level that exceeded the KBFH broadcast, but a certain overseas core collector who listened to that masterpiece offered it as “there is a master that goes even higher”, “more stable, more detailed, and pretty good sound”. The previous board was also superb, so I wouldn’t say it’s a completely different class, but there is no lie in that word. This sense of upgrade is not the so-called bootleg dimension. In other words, it is a type that verifies the massing difference and cutting difference of the official work. If you have a high-end player such as SACD, you will be able to feel the texture and fineness of this work.
 The highest peak update master depicts the legendary stage that was also a symbol of the era. The aforementioned KBFH broadcast was an incomplete version, but this work is the full version of the day. In addition, this tour also includes another excavation soundboard press masterpiece “ST. LOUIS 1975 SOUNDBOARD (Zodiac 752)”, so let’s organize the set by comparing them at the end.
