The July 10th Stafford show, the final UK performance from Genesis’s 1976 “A Trick of the Tail” tour—a pivotal period following Peter Gabriel’s departure—now emerges with newly unearthed soundboard recordings! Previously known only through incomplete pro-shot video footage, this release captures the performance in pristine stereo soundboard quality from a complete leak. Furthermore, the previously unreleased opening and encore sections have been expanded to completeness by combining original audio from the June 10th Hammersmith, London concert, originally broadcast on radio. Additionally, it includes “Robbery Assault and Battery” and “It/Watcher of the Sky” (unedited), both from the London show and previously unheard at Stafford. This makes it the definitive soundboard live title for the ’76 tour – a highly recommended release!
