Released on the Junkie Yard label, this unofficial LP contains the recording of the concert The Cure held on August 17, 1981 at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney, Australia, during the “Picture Tour” organized to promote their third album “Faith.” In full “gothic” phase, Robert Smith (vocals, guitar and keyboards), Simon Gallup (bass) and Lol Tolhurst (drums) performed a set of 19 songs, from which this LP takes nine: there are songs from the new album (“The Holy Hour,” “The Funeral Party,” “Other Voices,” “All Cats Are Grey,” “Faith”), songs from the two previous LPs (“Three Imaginary Boys,” “M,” the hit single “A Forest”) and the new single “Charlotte Sometimes,” destined to become another classic from the English band.
