From Empress Valley:
A stunning demix! A masterpiece representing 1967! First press edition box set!
This is Cream’s Detroit performance, recorded by the engineer acclaimed for his Blueberry Hill demix of Led Zeppelin’s Seattle concert on the second night of their 1975 concert! The mono soundboard has been transformed into a separated stereo sound by the demix. The powerful interplay between the three musicians is irresistible. The cut sections have been carefully restored for a seamless listening experience. While not a photo from the day itself, this time we’re focusing on an extremely rare photo. The photo of Eric holding a Stratocaster-body guitar with a Telecaster neck is simply astonishing. While the photo on the box follows the cover photo from SUN VANISHES’ first release, the quality of the photo used here is so incredible I’ve never seen anything this beautiful before. It’s so beautiful I wonder if it’s an original print by Lord Snowdon! A comparison is immediately clear.
