Description
Pressed in a limited edition (500 hand-numbered copies) on blue and orange streaked vinyl with different artwork from copy to copy, this unofficial LP on the Classic Rock label contains an excerpt from the concert held by The Clash at Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo on January 28, 1982 during the tour promoting the album “Sandinista!”. The setlist includes two tracks from the triple LP (“Charlie Don’t Surf” and “Police On My Back”) as well as tracks from the three previous albums (“The Clash,” “Give ‘Em Enough Rope,” “London Calling”), the singles “(White Man) In Hammersmith Palais” and “This Is Radio Clash,” and “Armagideon Time” by Jamaican musician Willie Williams (released in December 1979 as the B-side of “London Calling”). Two QR codes allow you to download “The Clash Documentary” (featuring interviews with the band members) and an interactive digital book with the history of the band.
