Packaged in digisleeve by Laser Media, this unofficial 6-CD box set features Chicago radio recordings spanning three concerts and three decades. The earliest performance, in chronological order, dates back to 1977, when the band still featured guitarist extraordinaire Terry Kath and were promoting the previous year’s album, “Chicago X,” which featured hit singles such as the celebrated “If You Leave Me Now” and “You Are On My Mind,” alongside other hits such as “Saturday In The Park” and early classics (“Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?”, “Question 67 & 68”). The second is dated 1989 and follows the release, the year before, of “Chicago 19”: the new “I Don’t Wanna Live Without Your Love” and the inevitable power ballad “Hard To Say I’m Sorry” stand out in the sequence, also performed at the end of the 1994 show alongside other versions of “Saturday In The Park”, “If You Leave Me Now” and “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is” and bits and pieces from the early repertoire such as “Make Me Smile”, “Colour My World”, “Mongonucleosis” and “Just You ‘N’ Me” with Robert Lamm, Lee Loughnane, James Pankow, Walter Parazaider and Danny Seraphine representing the old guard.
