★UPGRADE
The “MASTER OF REALITY Tour” reached its peak with the initial trilogy, but was also a hidden gem of a sound source with no sound board. This masterpiece live album has been reprinted. It will be released on a press CD that permanently preserves the highest peak update sound!
This work is engraved with the “July 18, 1971 Toronto Performance.” It is a historic audience recording from the legendary music festival “BEGGARS’ BANQUET DANCE Festival.” The “MASTER OF REALITY Tour” spans 1971 and 1972, and is often confused with the “PARANOID Tour” and “VOL. 4 Tour” that came before and after. [A legendary recording that has served as an “SBD substitute” with a strong direct feeling]
This is BLACK SABBATH from 1971/1972. The Toronto performance of this work was also the beginning of the “MASTER OF REALITY Tour”. It was the 11th performance of “North America # 2”, which was just before the album was released.

This show is a historic milestone, thanks to the best recordings of the “MASTER OF REALITY Tour.” Its greatest strengths are its intense directness and vivid detail. Currently, famous recordings such as “LONG BEACH ARENA 1971 (Zodiac 432)” and “MASTER OF WINTERLAND (Reel Masters-004)” have been unearthed, but both offer the dynamic sound of a hall, similar to an audience. In contrast, the Toronto recording boasts an incredibly on-center core with no sense of distance, boasting a soundboard-like closeness.
Moreover, this work is also the highest peak update of such a legendary recording. First of all, the source is the best existing. The 4th generation master has long been known, but this work uses the young generation master (not confirmed, but probably the 2nd generation) excavated in 2018. The vividness has been greatly improved. Our previous release of the same title, “Zodiac 316,” was also very well received.
This album is not a reissue of “Zodiac 316″… but rather an upgraded version with even more refined mastering. The source is the same, so the basic sound isn’t “completely different!”, but the noise processing has been made even more detailed. Perhaps the most obvious difference is the guitar solo. On the previous album, “Zodiac 316,” there was a tingly noise that remained around 8 minutes into the second half, but this album has been beautifully treated.
[The Masterpiece That Will Become the King of the MASTER OF REALITY Tour]

In other words, the above eight works are an unavoidable collection for learning about BLACK SABBATH in the 1970s. And this work is the masterpiece that will become the king of the “MASTER OF REALITY Tour.”
[A powerful live album from a champion
, even in terms of show content] This album is also known as the “King of the MASTER OF REALITY Tour.” It has long been talked about as a phenomenally high-energy performance, incredibly heavy yet incredibly sharp. Furthermore, the set is also exceptional. While there aren’t many super rare songs, there’s a huge collection of super popular songs. Despite being a live performance recorded in real time around the album’s release, it’s incredibly rich, like a nostalgic greatest hits tour. To understand its intensity, let’s summarize the full set at the end.
