This release includes new remixes of The Beatles’ original Christmas song, “Christmas Time Is Here Again,” as well as the first stereo demix of the complete version. It also includes a medley of Christmas songs, featuring excerpts of the songs themselves. It also includes the
complete Christmas flexidiscs for fan clubs from 1963 to 1969, newly remastered from the original recordings. It
also includes the original playlist of “Unforgettable,” the legendary Christmas album Paul created privately and sent to his bandmates. It also includes
a chronological collection of related audio, including interviews, BBC broadcasts, and even studio outtakes

from Christmas records. The DAP label has just released “The Complete Christmas Collection – New Masters Edition,” a compilation of related audio, focusing on The Beatles’ Christmas albums from the 1960s. The Beatles produced annual Christmas records from 1963 to 1969, which were distributed to fan club members on flexidiscs (flexi discs). While the album primarily contains Christmas messages, the playful Beatles entertain every year with parodies of familiar Christmas songs and improvisations. It also includes original songs that can only be heard here, making it a must-have for Beatles collectors. Following the Beatles’ breakup, a limited edition “Christmas Album” was released in the UK, compiling all seven of their Christmas records into one album. A “Christmas Album” with a different cover design was also released in the US, but both are rare and the originals are difficult to obtain. Currently, a box set of 7″ single records has been released, but it has not been officially released on CD. This “The Complete Christmas Collection – New Masters Edition” is a newly revised and updated version of the Christmas album from the same label. CD 1 features a new remix and complete version of “Christmas Time Is Here Again,” the Beatles’ only original Christmas song, recorded in 1967. This release features a newly edited stereo soundtrack, demixed from mono. Next comes a medley of Christmas songs, culled from various Christmas-related recordings, minus the dialogue and featuring only the vocals. The lack of dialogue makes the album easy to listen to, and it’s also newly remastered in stereo. The second half of the album features the original recordings from Christmas records from 1963 to 1969, all newly remastered and released on CD. CD 2 also features a chronological collection of Christmas-related recordings, including interviews, BBC broadcasts, and studio outtakes from Christmas records. The album features a complete reproduction of the original playlist from Paul’s private Christmas album, “Unforgettable,” recorded in 1965. This is a fascinating private recording featuring Paul DJing his favorite songs, from Elvis to the Stones. This is the definitive 2025 compilation of The Beatles’ Christmas recordings from the 1960s!
