★Full-length ultra-high quality leaked soundboard UPGRADE!!!
The legendary leaked soundboard album that condensed the debut era has been brushed up. It will be released on a press 2CD that permanently preserves the highest peak update sound by “GRAF ZEPPELIN”.
This work features stereo soundboard recordings of four performances. While all of these are from the band’s debut tour, the dates are unknown. These are treasured recordings found on leaked cassettes labeled “CLEVELAND,” “DETROIT,” “DAYTON,” and “DU QUOIN.” While the dates have yet to be confirmed, the list of possible dates has narrowed considerably. While these are tentative, DISC 1 contains the “September 23, 1989 Richfield performance” and the “September 22, 1989 Auburn Hills performance.” DISC 2 contains the “August 30, 1989 Dayton performance” and the “September 1, 1989 Du Quoin performance.”

[Ultimate leaked SBD brushes up in detail]
This was the shocking debut of BADLANDS in 1989. Since all four performances in this work are short sets, it is highly likely that they were “North America # 2”, which served as the opening act for GREAT WHITE / TESLA (however, Cleveland and the suburbs of Detroit were also toured by “North America # 1”, so it is still not confirmed).

In any case, this work, which recorded these four performances, is a fierce and fierce stereo soundboard. It is a so-called “mix table direct connection system,” and while the enthusiasm of the venue (incredible enthusiasm) sounds like ripples far away, the direct feeling of the performance sound and vocals is transcendent. The completely unprocessed performance sound jumps into your brain with a bare skin, the drums have the elasticity level of the skin that bounces back the sticks, and the vibrating strings of the guitar and bass are so straight forward that you can see them right in front of you.
The on-site PA mix, which was never designed for playback on home audio, is full of rigidity and the switching suddenly changes, but the dynamic stereo feeling of the pan is also dynamic, reaching from one end of the venue to the other. The other-dimensional panning stirs up your brain.
This transcendent soundboard has become a staple since its debut, conveying the true value of the super band BADLANDS, which the official release could not have preserved. This work is the definitive edition that updates the pinnacle of this legendary live album. The key to this is the meticulous mastering by “GRAF ZEPPELIN.” Because it was originally so extraordinary, it’s not “completely different,” but the precision of the sound, which has been reworked back to the source, is undoubtedly the highest it’s ever been. Pitch correction that doesn’t allow even 1/1000th of a second of deviation, various noise treatments, and frequency range adjustment after frequency band analysis… While the work itself is faithful to the basics, each step is performed with obsessive precision.
The most significant changes this time were phase correction and balance adjustment. The inconsistent recording conditions of the four sound sources were corrected as much as possible, and the somewhat thin bass was also significantly restored. The sound output at the time was reproduced as accurately as possible.
[Jake’s masterpiece, a transcendent live album]
This highest peak renewal sound revives four performances that seem to have exploded the stage tension of their debut album “BADLANDS.” As mentioned above, it was a short set because it was the opening act for GREAT WHITE/TESLA, but the song selection is not exactly the same. Let’s organize it here.

…And so it is. Only the Dayton performance on DISC 2 has a different set, with a total of eight songs. Of the 11 songs on the debut album, all songs except “Dancing on the Edge,” “Rumblin’ Train,” and “Seasons” are performed over 25 takes.
Even in 2025, Jake E. Lee himself declares the masterpiece “BADLANDS” to be “my masterpiece.” This is the highest peak update of the soundboard album, where the band’s potential at that time explodes even more intensely, dazzlingly, and vividly. This 2-CD press permanently preserves the sound, enhanced by “GRAF ZEPPELIN.” Please enjoy it anytime, anywhere.
This legendary stereo soundboard recording condenses the band’s debut era. Graf Zeppelin has reworked the master recordings from four shows in Cleveland, Detroit, Dayton, and Du Quoin, refining the highest quality of the album. The four recording sources have been balanced out as much as possible, significantly improving the somewhat thin bass. This is Jake E. Lee’s masterpiece, showcasing the band’s potential from their renowned album “BADLANDS” in an even more intense, dazzling, and spectacular way.
