BAD COMPANY – CAN’T GET ENOUGH: LIVE 1974 (CD)

Description

Audio Vaults is releasing an unofficial CD of a radio recording of a concert that Paul Rodgers (vocals, guitar, and keyboards), Mick Ralphs (guitar), Boz Burrell (bass), and Simon Kirke (drums) performed on March 8, 1974, at Newcastle City Hall while touring for their self-titled debut album. The eleven-song setlist features the singles “Can’t Get Enough” and “Movin’ On,” future radio classics “Rock Steady,” “Ready For Love,” “Bad Company,” and “Don’t Let Me Down,” along with period outtakes, a cover of B.B. King’s “Rock Me Baby,” and “The Stealer” by Free (Rodgers and Kirke’s previous band). The five bonus tracks at the end were recorded on October 12 of that year at the Long Beach Auditorium in California and aired on the television program Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert.
