This is AEROSMITH in 1976/1977. “All of 1976 + First Visit to Japan” is the “ROCKS Tour”. The US tour is divided into the main “North America #1” and the supplementary “North America #2”, and this Detroit performance is the latter’s sixth performance. It was also about two months before the first visit to Japan.
This work, which conveys such a scene, is a treasure unearthed through our own route. The route is not just something to be taken, but is the same source as the earth-shattering demo album “ROCKS SESSION (Zodiac 570)” and the superb sound board “DEFINITIVE SANTA MONICA 1978 (Zodiac 740)”.
You may think, “Are they an audience even though they are related to the band?”, but the quality will clear up that question. The surrounding audience noise is extremely small, the on-the-go, extremely thick, roars ferociously and directly, and the details are extremely clear. Although the specific recording situation is not known, it feels like a “soundboard” that is hard to imagine in a normal 1970s customer record. Although there is no evidence, the staff probably recorded it at the related party’s seat for reference purposes… Above all, the sound is so excellent that it makes you think so.
Moreover, this work is a re-digitalization of such a treasure cassette with the latest equipment. Although it first appeared as a gift, it was decided to release it as a regular release after the ultimate evolution.
Such a thick direct sound depicts the great performance that was held in the unexplored recording area “North America # 2”. Since the intervals between songs are cut frequently (this seems to be a document recording), it is about 74 minutes, but the performance is missing only at the beginning of “Big Ten Inch Record” and you can enjoy all 15 songs (+ α). Let’s organize the full set here while comparing it with the most recent press masterpiece.
●Rocks (5 songs)
Lick And A Promise / Rats In The Cellar / Last Child / Sick As A Dog / Get The Lead Out
●Others (10 songs + α)
Fly! Aerosmith: SOS (Too Bad) / Lord Of The Thighs / Same Old Song And Dance / Train Kept A Rollin’
Dark Night Heavy Rock: Big Ten Inch Record / Sweet Emotion / Walk This Way / Toys In The Attic
Others: Mama Kin / Write Me A Letter / Batman & Peter Gunn Theme (★)
*Note: ★ marks songs that were not heard on the most recent pressings of the masterpieces “DEFINITIVE ZURICH 1976 (Zodiac 544)” and “DEFINITIVE FUKUOKA 1977 (Zodiac 740)”.

… and so it goes like this. “Batman & Peter Gunn Theme” is a rare cover that you won’t hear anywhere else. However, it’s not a type of song that plays the whole song, but rather an instrumental jam that is played as an introduction to “Get The Lead Out”.
This is a treasure live album that has a soundboard-class listening response and a sense of reality that can only be experienced by an audience. The highest peak update of the cultural heritage master unearthed through the related route. Please enjoy the golden age of AEROSMITH, which has a dangerous scent, and experience the special seat to the fullest with this work.
★The best audience recording of the “December 1, 1976 Detroit performance”. The original master was excavated through the same related route as “ROCKS SESSION” and “DEFINITIVE SANTA MONICA 1978”, and the highest peak updated version was re-digitized from the original cassette. The surrounding noise is extremely small, the on-line and extremely thick roars ferociously directly, and the details are very clear. You can experience the climax of AEROSMITH on site with the best sound that can only be covered by the staff recording it at the related seats for reference. It is truly a cultural heritage.
