Description

Audio Vaults is releasing an unofficial double CD recording of a show from “The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway” tour, captured on tape on January 10, 1975, at Convention Hall in West Palm Beach, Florida. As with all the dates on that final tour, where Peter Gabriel (lead vocals, flute, and bass drum) performed alongside Tony Banks (keyboards, acoustic guitar), Mike Rutherford (bass, bass pedalboard, 12-string guitar), Steve Hackett (electric guitar), and Phil Collins (drums and backing vocals), Genesis performed the new double album from start to finish, closing the show with a nearly 11-minute version of “The Musical Box.” The bonus track “The Knife” is from the concert at the Empire Theatre in Liverpool on April 19, 1975.
