From ANTHRAX’s 2026 Japan tour, the Tokyo performance held at EX Theater Roppongi on April 1st is fully recorded in ultra-high sound quality! Four types of audio sources, including the IEMs used by the band members, are mixed to achieve a sound comparable to stereo soundboard recordings, which is not possible with typical audience recordings. Features include guitars that are beautifully separated to the left and right, and clear vocals and chorus that are not buried in other instruments.
ANTHRAX has been playing sold-out shows all over the country. The excitement was at its peak from the Tokyo show, which kicked off the Japan tour. They hyped up the audience and delivered a powerful performance that showed they are still very much active even among the Big 4 whose activities have been somewhat subdued.
The limited edition includes a DVD of this show recorded in high-definition original AUD footage. The sound and picture quality are both superb!
