　The golden four members reunited in 1990, performing as their original selves. This newly discovered, superb live album serves as their official release!

　This album features a recording of the “Rooseberg performance on August 9, 1990 (2nd show).” It’s a stereo soundboard recording of their appearance at the Douglas County Fair music festival. Although BTO released a reunion album in 1984, the golden lineup, including the return of Robbie Bachman and Blair Thornton, only performed together from 1988 to 1991. Even during that period, they didn’t undertake a full-fledged world tour, and their activities were sporadic. This album is a soundboard recording that reveals the truth of that precious era.

　This release comes from the familiar and prestigious “Krw_co.” Apparently, they recently unearthed a vast soundboard collection, most of which consists of previously unknown recordings. This release is the first in a new series.

　The fact that this is their first appearance is shocking enough, but what’s even more amazing is the quality itself. The roar of the crowd is distant and sounds like it’s directly connected to the mixing console, but the crucial instrumental sounds and vocals are absolutely superb. It’s what you’d call a “perfectly official” soundboard recording. Randy’s guitar and Fred’s bass and vocals are incredibly clear and direct. It’s the kind of quality that makes you wonder, “Did they officially make a live album?!”
