Expensive Woodland is also releasing an unofficial double vinyl anthology of television performances from 1972, featuring John Lennon and Yoko Ono on popular American entertainment and talk shows such as The Mike Douglas Show (three consecutive days in February), The Dick Cavett Show (in May), and the Jerry Lewis Telethon (in September). In addition to interviews, the setlist includes live performances of Lennon classics such as “Imagine” and “Give Peace a Chance,” as well as other songs written by the pair (such as “Woman Is the Nigger of the World”) or by Yoko Ono alone, as well as covers of Chuck Berry’s “Memphis, Tennessee” and “Johnny B. Goode.”
